Yoho National Park

Sitting quietly beside the crowds of Banff, Yoho feels like a calm, vast, and secret escape. We explored it in the fall, when a light dusting of snow crowned the peaks and the air carried that first hint of winter. The glacial rivers shimmered with a blue unlike anything I’d seen before. The color somehow rich yet delicate, like liquid ice. Moving further north into Canada, it felt like the edge of true wilderness, where the land still belongs entirely to itself.
